DHARMA AND GREG

How it all began...
Part 1:
Part 2:
So, Dharma and Greg meet and get married in 1 day. And the series is about their "opposites attract", yin and yang marriage. Over the course of the 120 episodes, we see them learn from and grow with each other. And, of course, their families - the uptight, wealthy Montgomery family vs. the hippie, mellow Finkelstein family - make for some excellent side plots!
All in all, to me, it's a "feel good" show that urges and inspires viewers to live life, be happy, and follow your bliss!
MY TOP 5 EPISODES:
#5 A Fish Tale
(season 5)
Animal right activist Abby bans Greg from the Finkelstein home when she finds out he's going on a fishing trip with his father. Soooo....Dharma comes up with a succession of lies to various people to repair the situation. It all culminates in a very funny scene at a baby's birthday party.
#4 Much Ado During Nothing
(season 1)
Dharma and Greg have to find a public place to get it on to get a duck back from Jane. Actually, it's a goose, but that doesn't rhyme. Just watch it:
Part 1:
Part 2:
Part 3:
#3 Talkin' 'Bout My Regeneration
(season 3)
Dharma participates in a seven year regeneration ceremony in which she must unburden to everyone she knows. However, when she doesn't fully unburden to mother-in-law Kitty, the karmic baggage takes its toll.
#2 Mission: Implausible
(season 5)
Complicated to explain...so here's the description from tv.com:
A visit from a younger alumnus from Greg's law school launches an unsuspecting Greg into the middle of a crazy college game with very specific rules developed by "seriously drunk" undergraduates. Despite Greg's reluctance to engage in a college prank at this stage in his life, Dharma leaves him no choice when she rallies the gang to help him win back his championship title in a relatively amusing parody of Mission: Impossible.
#1 The Official Dharma and Greg Episode of the 1998 Winter Olympics
(season 1)
Brilliant episode! The men (Greg, his father Edward, Dharma's father Larry, and Greg's friend Pete) get drunk watching the Winter Olympics and decide to fly to Tahoe and stage their own Winter Olympics...on a snowy mountain...with a canoe. Meanwhile, the women (Dharma, her mother Abby, Greg's mother Kitty, and Dharma's friend Jane) have an adventure of their own. Since Kitty is depressed about turning 50, they convince her to dress up -complete with wigs - and join them in a night out at a navy bar.
